DIVIDEND

Het dividendbeleid van VastNed Offices/Industrial is erop gericht het directe beleggingsresultaat geheel ter beschikking aan aandeelhouders te stellen.
Om te voldoen aan de fiscale voorwaarden voor beleggingsinstellingen dient minstens het fiscale resultaat in contanten te worden uitgekeerd.

Interim dividend in augustus 2011

Het interim dividend voor het boekjaar 2011  komt uit op EUR 0,32 per aandeel.
Het aandeel noteerde per 9 augustus ex-dividend (recorddate 11 augustus 2011). 
Op 29 augustus zal de betaalbaarstelling plaatsvinden.
